THE MANAGEMENT OF KNOWLEDGE AND ITS LINKING WITH THE USE OF TIC

Abstract

To promote University’s development is an ambition of any country of the world, but this must be in correspondence with the characteristics and demands of the society, it is also necessary to take into account the features of the historical and present development of the country in matter. In Angola, this is a tendency taken into account to search in the fulfillment of the social assignment: the training of professionals able to get solutions to the problems independently; that the reason why the objective is: to describe some considerations about of the ability for the knowledge management in the teaching learning process of higher education in Angolan university. Two important considerations are mostly offer: one, about of teaching learning process in the high education; and the other, the knowledge management as a need of present, but at the same time as an essential skill to stimulate manner of acting in of the students.
