Abstract

The article offers part of the result of an investigation in which they refer theoretic elements and practical suggestions to the preschool educator for the prevention of the infantile mistreatment in the period of pregnancy. The material responds to the need that the preschool educator appropriates for himself knowledge and abilities for the prevention of the infantile mistreatment, the sensibility and commitment with the subject matter like social problem and bigger amplitude of its perception on the infantile mistreatment in the babyhood like vulnerable moment of the formation and development from the period of pregnancy. The implementation of workshops with this subject matter with preschool educators in formation of half-way superior level contributed to the development of knowledge, abilities and values for the prevention of the infantile mistreatment from pregnancy, period in which the Preschool Education notifies by means of the program ¨Educa a tu hijo¨ the pregnant mother and her families of united work with the staff of health to your son in the educational orientations.
