Executive coaching and communicative competences: diagnostic strategic for executives of higher education

The present work has the objective to identify the university manager’s communicative competences as coach. Many have been the theoretical and practical proposals of methods to develop the communicative competences of the executives in the development of their functions; however putting the emphasis on a new approach such as executive coaching and designing a study strategy, has become the guideline of research of the present work. Over the basis of the systematizing of the consulted theoretical aspect and the empiric evidences of researches carried out in the context of the Higher Education Institution. All this aspects are articulated in strategy form, a sequence of steps.
