Abstract

The question of defining talent still has many questions, positions and conceptions and insufficient knowledge about this problem and the considerations that arise in this regard. The models and theories aim to describe, establish and examine the phenomena that make up the practice. The usefulness of the theory is that it allows you to increase the knowledge that is still being developed, reaching a relative generalization, the principles, rules and norms that serve to know and relate a certain order of phenomena.Below is a study presented in the doctoral thesis of one of its authors.The study of models and theories and of the different researches carried out, evidences that the efforts have been oriented fundamentally to define the talent question, but this is nuanced by the contexts, the policies and the development of the sciences.
