Abstract

Present it investigation processes about the need to guarantee the vocational guidance toward the pedagogic carrreras for this work, one had in account a subset of historic background, as well as theoretic foundations that they hold the importance of the professional of the education in the formation of the personality of the new generation. A set of correlated short insufficiencies of vocation and orientation of the new generation toward the pedagogic races were detected from the application of an initial diagnosis; Stock in terms of solving the studied problem became elaborate for it.
