Abstract

In the conceptual framework of the Training Processes and their antecedents, the differentiated attention to students with talented potentialities, of the Telecommunications Specialty, in the “José Martí” Military Technical Institute, which responds to the demands of the professional models, which are contemplated in the Institution's Study Plans and Programs and that the graduate students can efficiently fulfill the missions and tasks that correspond to them in the future, with the premise that ... "the training is the most general, but this includes training initial, the consolidation and development of the personality of the students, which puts them in a condition to assume a transforming attitude. ”. Taking into account that various individual traits and characteristics influence personality development, and giving adequate attention to them constitutes, more than a challenge, a necessity at all educational levels.
