INTEGRATING SEMINAR IN THE AREA OF NATURAL SCIENCES FACING THE COVID-19

The Cuban educational system was impacted by the effects of the face-to-face interruption of the teaching-learning process given the effects of the pandemic unleashed at the beginning of 2020. As well as all educational systems, alternatives were sought that would allow continuing teaching in each Cuban home and the students continued the activities Multiple decisions and experiences emerged in the face of urgent problems, one of them was the need to evaluate a large group of subjects without losing the essence of each one and avoiding the high concentration of content to be studied by students in a short time. Thus, the possibility of using the integrative seminar as a form of evaluation that makes it possible to integrate a wealth of numerous content through a common problem is retaken and which can be answered from the content of multiple sciences. In this way, a process of analysis and synthesis of the information was developed that made possible to guide teachers, students and families on how to evaluate the content of the Natural Sciences in 10th and 11th grade.
