The didactic preparation of the teacher in the integration of content for talented students in contests

The research is the result of the Institutional Project "The didactics of the preparation process for contests of talented students that is developed in the Vocational Pre-University Institute of Exact Sciences "Máximo Gómez Báez" of Camagüey, with the participation of a multidisciplinary team corresponding to the levels educational primary, secondary, pre-university, youth and adult education and specialists from the Diagnosis and Orientation Center. The objective is given in elaborating theoretical-methodological considerations of the didactic preparation of the teachers in the integration of the content for talented students in contests. Its importance and need responds to the demands of the current improvement of the Cuban Educational System, in terms of prioritized attention to vocational centers, the identification of talented students with high potential and capabilities, the search for excellence with equity and without elitism with the possibility that they access multiple alternatives of individualized and collective care with its maximum expression in cognitive, affective and social development. A methodological procedure is introduced based on interdisciplinary relationships, integration as a process and result, and cooperative work as a form of social organization, which emerges from the professional experiences of a group of researchers and deserves to be contextualized.
